This Was the Rough Location of a Field I Spent a Lot of Time in As a Kid. If You Go On Google Street View You Might Still See It. 

I lost my backpack there in middle school and since the grass was so tall and the field so big, it was just gone gone. I had a big English project on "The Pearl" by John Steinbeck that I lost in that backpack and had to start over from scratch. 

In retrospect I probably could've just deleted this, but I'd rather take the time to showcase a good field that used to exist. 

Before I left California I think they were planning on building on that land. One day I'll check the street view and it'll be an apartment complex or something. But in the past I sat under the big tree there and ate apples.
